Orange Marmalade & Sweet Soy Glazed Ham
SERVES 10-15 | 20 MINS PREP | 1 HR COOK TIME
INGREDIENTS
1 leg ham
Glaze
1 small jar of orange marmalade
½ cup sweet thick soy sauce
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp brown sugar
METHOD
Preheat oven to 150°C.
Carefully remove the ham rind, leaving as much fat on as possible.
Score the fat with a sharp knife all the way through to the ham in a cross pattern.
Place on wire rack in a roasting dish.
Mix together the glaze ingredients and brush onto the scored fat, making sure to get in all the score lines.
Place in the oven and bake for 1 hour.
After 1 hour, you can grill the ham on high for 3-4 mins if you want a more charred appearance. Be careful as it will burn quickly.
